Information we collect
SportApps collects information needed to operate the product, including account details, role, organization membership, athlete profile information, rosters, schedules, registrations, evaluation records, game and scoring data, workouts, messages, payment status, support requests, and product activity.
How we use information
We use information to provide the platform, manage access by role, support organization workflows, process registration and subscription activity, improve product reliability, detect issues, generate approved recommendations, and help users understand what needs attention.
Role-based visibility
SportApps is designed around permissions. Coaches and organization admins may see operational details for athletes in their organization. Parents and guardians can access linked-athlete information. Athletes see their own profile and assigned work. Scouts receive limited recruiting-facing data and should not receive private readiness, injury-risk, or medical-style evidence.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, support, and agent functionality. These providers are used to operate SportApps and are expected to handle data according to their service obligations.
Your choices
Users may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information by contacting SportApps. Organization-managed records may also require action by the organization that controls the sports program.
