Using SportApps

SportApps provides software for sports organizations, leagues, coaches, athletes, parents, and related staff to manage registration, rosters, scheduling, scoring, communication, payments, evaluations, athlete development, and agent-assisted workflows.

By creating an account or using SportApps, you agree to use the platform responsibly, provide accurate information, and follow the rules and policies of the organization, league, or team that invited you.

Accounts and roles

Account permissions depend on your role. Organization admins and independent coaches can manage operational workflows for their own organization. Coaches can manage assigned teams and athletes. Parents and guardians can view and act on information for linked athletes. Athletes can manage their own profile and assigned development work.

Payments and fees

SportApps may support subscription billing, registration payments, team entry fees, discounts, refunds, and payouts. Payment availability depends on the organization setup, plan, and payment account status. Registration fees and refund decisions are generally controlled by the organization or coach collecting payment unless SportApps states otherwise in writing.

Health, safety, and recommendations

SportApps may display assessments, readiness notes, workouts, compliance reminders, Pitch Smart-style guidance, and agent-generated recommendations. These features are operational decision support, not medical advice. Organizations, coaches, parents, athletes, and qualified professionals remain responsible for final decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use SportApps to harass others, upload unlawful content, misuse athlete information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or represent that agent recommendations are official decisions before an authorized user approves them.
